There are no physical delivery charges. All products are digitally delivered via email, instant download link, or WhatsApp, depending on the method you select during checkout.
Instant download is available immediately after successful payment.
If delivery is through email or WhatsApp, please allow 5–30 minutes, and up to 12 hours in rare cases.

Since all products are digital, there’s no courier tracking. However, you will receive a confirmation email with download instructions. If delayed, contact us with your order number.

As our products are digit i.e in pdf format, we don’t charge any fees for delivery as the products are made instantly available for download after successful payment. So, there is no refund of any delivery charges as we don’t charge any fees for delivery.
Do you refund payment if I cancel the order?
If the digital file has not yet been delivered or downloaded, and you cancel within 2 hours, we may issue a full refund. Once a product is delivered, no cancellation or refund is possible.
